Looking ahead…

… to November and December, please make a note in your diary of these concert dates:

On Wednesday, 26th November, at 7.30 p.m. students from Leiston School will present their annual autumn concert in church, to raise funds for Christian Aid.  To say their programme will be varied might well be something of an understatement – each year they never fail to amaze!  Admission will be free, with a retiring collection.

We are delighted that Woodbridge School has agreed to organise a concert in aid of our church funds (and to be held in church), on Saturday, 29th November at 7.30 p.m., when they will introduce the Barcelona Music School Chamber Orchestra.  Although at this stage their programme has yet to be finalised, we can be assured of a very high standard of music-making.  This is an event not to be missed.  Again, admission will be free, with a retiring collection in aid of our church funds.

On 13th December the Britten-Pears Chamber Choir will present their annual carol concert in church, at 6.00 p.m., followed by refreshments in the church hall.  Their guest singers this year will be The Chapel Choir of The Abbey School, Woodbridge. Details about programme content and admission price nearer the date.
