Genesis

where in the beginning you find friendship

Genesis is the social nerve centre of the church!   A lively group which usually meets monthly in the Church Hall, and which covers a wide range of activities, many of which involve food!

The New Year usually starts with a dinner in the Regatta restaurant some time in early January, we have a number of speakers during the year, go for a ramble ending in the Parrot & Punchbowl, have a fish and chip supper, learn to paint or decorate plates or pots we have made, share a summer barbecue, and have a Christmas quiz and shared meal.

Genesis usually meets on the first Wednesday evening of each month except in August and September at 7.30 pm and usually in the Church Hall.  Look out for the notices giving more information in the West Porch of the Church.
