Flowers
and consider the lilies of the fields
The church is usually filled with beautiful flowers and we have a talented and dedicated team who week by week enhance our worship by what they do. The church attracts a regular flow of visitors and so the work of our flower arrangers is always on show and they are often to be found in church creating or refreshing an arrangement.
More arrangers are always welcome. Flowers for wedding services require careful thought and planning. Although brides often choose to use their own professional florists, help and advice is always available and professional florists do need to liaise carefully with our own team. Aldeburgh Parish Church has so many services, not just on Sundays but one weekdays, that wedding flower arrangements can sometimes stay in place but often need to be removed immediately after the wedding. There have been difficulties in the past and it is essential that all brides or their families keep in careful touch with our flower arrangers.
