Are the 20 people complaining by any chance new arrivals? Maybe "townies" with weekend homes in the area.    Sorry to say this to a vicar, (and I am not religious, but respect your vocation), the council should tell them to .... move.....

Sorry - me again - angry of Southampton! I was so incensed at the news about your bells that I have written to the Suffolk Coastal District  Council.    Eccentric? Maybe, but I believe that, in this age of instant  communication, there is no point in complaining unless you are willing to do something about it, even if it is only an e-mail.   I wish you all the best in your battle with these "persons"
